It was a very pleasant experience and people are very nice. They did a diagnostic of my car and gave a list that I can look through to see what is needed or not. The best of all, they don't pressure you at all.
Excellent service! The staff is top notch and Jared is prompt with communication and invoicing. Highly recommend for routine service and repairs.
I have been going to Dynamic since they opened this location in Sykesville. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the work is always excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for automotive shop for routine maintenance. My vehicle is 2.5 yrs old so have not had to use them for any major repairs yet.
Big fan of this shop! I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others. The mechanics are kind and patient. Jared specifically was super nice today and really helpful trying to troubleshoot an issue with my car. I usually leave all the car discussions to my dad or husband to handle with the auto mechanics because other shops have been super condescending and demeaning when speaking with me (a female).
