Rude and disrespectful. Don’t deal with them!!! They don’t want kids live at this apartments!!!
The apartments are located in a decent neighborhood, and the units themselves are okay. But the way the management treats tenants — especially families — is truly disappointing. Miss Kate, in particular, seems to have a strong dislike for children. Families constantly receive unnecessary warnings for ordinary child behavior — playing, laughing, even just being outside. Overall, I have no complaints about the building itself — the apartment is quite spacious, with large windows, and everything is fine in terms of layout and condition. However, for such a high rental price, there are absolutely no amenities for comfortable living on the property: no pool, no gym, and not even a decent playground.
