I’ve had 2 stints of living here, and now with my wife, I have really enjoyed the location, space, and community. Noise can be heard sometimes through the wall, but our neighbors are kind enough to respond when I come to ask if they would lower their speakers. The removal of trees which has been tough, but when it comes to Maryland weather, it’s better to be safe in these circumstances. There are always bugs in the bathroom during winter/ summer that are not safe for the kids
