I normally don’t do reviews, but living here was miserable. You can use your hard earned money for a better apartment complex somewhere else. This place is miserable. I do not recommend this apartment complex. The walls are extremely thin, and noise from neighbors is constant and intrusive. You can hear stomping, snoring, loud conversations, moving furniture, and even your neighbors adult activities- which makes it very difficult to have privacy or quiet. Part of me hopes the low reviews keep this place under the radar, but honestly this complex and the team who keep it running are phenomenal. Lived here a couple years and I love how quiet, peaceful and safe it is. Rich and his maintenance crew are the best I've ever known. Kate and the office staff do a great job too. It's true there are no amenities. However, in my experience places that offer discount specials and lots of amenities tend to attract people with a wilder lifestyle and less regard for laws about their neighbor... read more

Hello everyone, I lived here for 2 years with my family, and there was always some kind of disrespect for the children, and every time I did wonderful things for all sorts of nonsense, I moved out of this apartment, and they sent me a summons to court that I still owe them $ 1,147, I called the office and said where my deposit was, and they said they would return it within a month, but a month later I received a summons to court that I still owe money, they took the deposit and still wanted $ 1,147 (1,760 + $ 1,147).
