Staff is great no problems.
Destiny was very helpful and made sure to figure out what was going on with the unit very pleased with the outcome she provided. I’m not happy at all with Otter storage, their communication is terrible and no one ever responds to email. I’m glad to have had Destiny pick up when I called back.
