Dr. Lea seems like a nice person and caring physician. However, communicating with her and her staff is beyond frustrating. Calls go unreturned. Messages via the website go unreturned. Then they claim to have left phone messages that were not left. Simple appointments and prescription refills become a chore. I found another doctor.
Dr. Syerra N. Lea is the one of the best doctors you will ever find! She didn't discount my pain or injuries which led to rerrals and multiple surgeries. I had to move away to another state recently and it hasn't been nearly the same. Dr. Lea is just someone you can't compare with... She is a compassionate and trustworthy Doctor who really wants to help you resolve your outcome.
Dr. Lea is an amazing doctor. She listens and understands my needs. She is very thorough and compassionate. I am very fortunate to have her as my doctor. Thank you, Dr. Lea
This doctor is heaven sent. She looks at you, listens, sympathetic, let's you know your imput is important in your care. I found her for my sister 3 years ago. Now she's seeing my two siblings. Myself, my daughter and granddaughter.... What more can I say? She's one of a kind. The call center needs a lot of work, but I won't let that influence my relationship with the doctor. I've been a director in medical offices for a long time. Therefore, I know what a doctor that truly cares looks like.
"Third times a charm'. I'm new to the valley, a year exact, my first doctor was definitely a no go; 2nd doctor up and left the State without contacting her patients. So based on Dr. Lea's ratings with Banner, I chose her. Dr. Lea, she actually cares about her patients. She explained her approach to the patient care, process of labs and spent as much time as I needed to talk to her. She does not rush through the care process like most doctors.
