My mother’s HMO insurance assigned Dr. Syeda Ameena as her PCP. After my mother failed Metformin for type 2 diabetes, Dr. Ameena refused to prescribe a GLP-1 medication, despite my mother's consistently high A1C. Second, when my mother complained of tinnitus, the doctor refused to write a referral to an ENT and audiologist. Dr Ameena is one of the best doctors I have ever seen in Ca she’s really helped me for my all progress with the others doctors offices, I was in argent care and she helped me during the last 4 months till i gets better Thank you for everything I really appreciate it.

Always seen late, waited in room for over 1 hour to be told my visit had to be changed to telehealth after telehealth visit provider adviced she would put in some prescriptions went to pharmacy nothing was put in. Drove to office the following day and was just told I had a wait because she was seeing patients. The unprofessionalism is sad.

Doctor Syeda Ameena of the West Point Medical Center has made it impossible to ever speak with her, the nurse, or even the front desk by outsourcing all phone calls to a call center overseas. Go ahead and try calling yourself! You'll be speaking with someone overseas with a fake American name to try to trick you into thinking you're speaking with the actual doctor's office. Best doctor I have had, she is very thorough, kind, considerate and efficient. Grateful to have her as my doctor and the medical staff are always very friendly helpful! Jasmin helped me check in for my appointment today and was very helpful!
