Dr doesn’t have the best bedside manner and wait times are long. Staff isn’t the most understanding and they are incompetent. For example, I told them 3 times I need a print out of my lab req form because I want to go to labcorp. Despite communicating this several times, they still gave me a lab form specific to quest. So now I am unable to get my blood work done at labcorp until they send it and I wasn’t notified of this until I was in the waiting room of my labcorp appointment. We have been with this doctor for over a decade and unfortunately service has deteriorated so bad… they do not return calls and Dr Ahmed is no longer as attentive as he used to be and literally rushes in and out of consultations. They clearly can not keep up with the growth of their practice. We have started sorting for a new primary care doctor and will unfortunately no longer be coming here.
