Today I waited in the waiting room for more than 2 hours! (This is not an isolated to just today, but it is a common occurrence with this office. The waiting room is small and cramped and the office smelled like urine. Once I finally got called in to see Syed, he took a phone call and left the room for another 15 min. I got fed up and walked out. I will not go back. They don’t put their patients first. I didn’t feel like I was a priority. They waste your time.

friendly office staff and the doctors are professional and know what they are doing. They take their time with the patients. Most place will talk with you for 3 minutes and push you out the door, they take the time to address all your issues here. The staff follows up with you after your appointment to see how you are doing.

They overbook appointments and have no intention of honoring them. Be prepared to spend at least two hours in the waiting room each visit.

I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Jarrfi. He has been treating me for Bi-Polar Disorder for approximately 15 years. I have had several hospitalization at Bri-Lin Hospital where he also practices. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very compassionate. He is a humble spiritual gentleman. While he is very busy with patients, he ALWAYS takes the time to completely understand what issues I am experiencing when I see him.
