Very disorganized practice. Tried to get an appointment for months because the person who made our initial appointment never told us we needed to bring catscan pictures. Tons of back and forth, ignored phone calls, the desk lady Olivia was rude and impatient even though they were the ones at fault due to their own incompetence.
