The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their prices were not fair at all. No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here 

Changing Doctors

Specific problems I experienced: • Prescription was changed to another medicine. I wasn't notified. Had to call the office to make sure it was correct. • Was in pain. Called for refill of prescription. No return call. Prescription not refilled. • Frequently have to call the office for prescription refill when the pharmacy has faxed it. • Referral not done.

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
