Mr Syed is the best heart dr.in carroll county md.he is friendly greeting u warming and really cares about his patients. He goes up and beyond most Dr's even at his age he remains to stay in practice and help patients. I for one feel he saved my friends with heart stints yrs ago she see him on regular bases. I would never recommend Dr Syed. My husband went to him for 5 years. He never gave him a nuclear stress test, does not provide you with blood work results unless you ask. Recommended Plavix plus a 325 aspirin which gave my husband gastritis. And then after it all he had 98% and 95% blockages. His equipment is archaic.
Kind, caring and listened to all my concerns. Came up with a treatment plan after doing stress test, and echocardiogram.
