Dr Alam has helped me with lupus and has it is in control. He is a wonderful doctor.
I had a great experience with Dr. Alam. He is very knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully, and explained everything in detail. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Rheumatologist.
No huge crowd in the waiting room, which is comfortable and very clean. Dr. Alam was just a bit behind, but didn't rush and still took the time to listen. He seemed genuinely concerned for me and was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk and the MA were also very nice. It was easy to get an appointment when I wanted. I highly recommend Dr. Alam.
I would give zero stars if I could. Was treated so rudely by the receptionist, was refused to be seen after coming a little late as the building did not have a suite number on it and I went into the wrong office at first. I waited months in pain to see the doctor; the receptionists laughed in my face as they refused to let me be seen. This is not how you treat patients. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
Saw this doctor only once. What I didn’t like was he would only see you with a referral, even though I had PPO insurance. That’s why he received only 4 stars. Other than that, he was okay.
