Extremely unprofessional experience with We Buy Sydney Cars. I arranged a specific time (4:45 PM) with Shaun to come in and discuss a trade-in. He asked me to message him prior to coming. I did exactly that, messaging him as I was leaving Bankstown to give him a 25-minute heads-up. He immediately replied to cancel, saying he had been 'called away'.
