Absolutely shocked and horrified at the way I was spoken to by the doctor in his office behind the closed door. My experience reflects one of the reviews below. The tests were probably accurate, but my pain was dismissed, and I was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by the doctor whilst on my own in his office. The nurse was lovely as was the receptionist. The doctor was fine during the test and explained things well when in front of others. But in his office, it was a different experience. Appalling. The tests were fine and probably accurate but the doctor didn't listen, got what I told him wrong and dismissed my report of pain.
Nothing but praise for the professionalism... so pleased with the results... 3 years on and everything still working perfectly... wish I hadn't waited so long to seek help
Unfortunately I had a very disappointing appointment with the Sydney Urodynamic clinic in Penrith regarding hygiene and privacy. When speaking to the manager about this I've been met with nothing but defensiveness and rudeness. I also strongly encourage people to google all the names of the practicing doctors - the doctor who I was booked in with has a very bad reputation in the women's healthcare area.
