As I was waiting for my wife to arrive I noticed your staff speak to another customer and give her our time slot saying that we were "flexible" we then waited half an hour to see a sonographer. We weren't consulted as to whether our time slot would be moved. There are no photographs or video permitted in the ultrasound room which I believe is just a revenue making exercise for this business. They didn't play a heartbeat, they only told us what rate it was, it would have been nice to actually hear it. They were quite expensiv... read more
Everything was ok but I don’t understand why we are not allowed to use our phones and make a video of such an important thing to us as first time parents. We got a video that last leaf than 4 seconds. We just wanted a beautiful video of our baby but we were not allowed. 😔
A big thank you to the lady who helped me with the blood test today. She was so patient and had great skills to make the whole procedure not painful at all. Being a person who is really scared of needles, I’m so appreciative of her help. 🥺
Couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough, the lady on reception yesterday was so lovely and comforting, she explained everything to me, was so helpful and reassuring as I was nervous for my appt. She really made a difference to how I was feeling. The sonographer & Dr I saw were also super lovely. Overall a really great experience at this clinic.
