I walked into sydney taps feeling completely overwhelmed with my wrestless toddler and lilly honestly turned that around from the very start. As a female renovating a family home with no real experience, I only had a builder’s list and didn’t know where to begin. We had an excellent experience with Ranya. She helped us work out vanities for 2 bathrooms, tiles, toilets and other bathroom fittings. We went in with a few ideas and came out feeling much more confident being able to tap into her expertise. It was the most seamless part of our renovation.
Extremely rude short female shop assistant , she was aggressive and unhelpful. Customers can’t even ask a question without being degraded. It was a terrible experience.
