I visited Sydney Taps showroom with my husband over the weekend, and after buying from them twice before, I’m finally getting around to writing a well-deserved review. Was in today for a long time and with many questions.. Aaron was a wealth of knowledge and a really nice man. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. The other staff (and sweet dog) were lovely too..
I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review before, but today my husband and I visited Sydney Taps in search of a kitchen tap and left thoroughly disappointed. We were barely greeted upon entering the store. The salesman who assisted us seemed visibly agitated by our requirements and ultimately redirected us to Bunnings. If a specialty store isn’t willing to help customers find solutions — or at least treat them with basic respect — what is the point of having a shopfront? I walked into sydney taps feeling completely overwhelmed with my wrestless toddler and lilly honestly turned that around from the very start. As a female renovating a family home with no real experience, I only had a builder’s list and didn’t know where to begin.
