Sydney has been our PA for over a year and she has always been helpful and nice for all of our appointments (my children see her too). I saw the one star and had to balance that with my two cents. Everyone has a bad day. I haven’t seen any of hers. Nothing but good things to say from my experiences.
I have never had a problem with Dr. Spring. At all. Ever. My only (HUGE) beef is having to go thru a main switchboard to access her office.
She gets one star because zero isn't an option. She doesn't listen, falsifies after visit notes either intentionally or unintentionally, has a terrible bedside manner and is terrible at communicating.
