Fantaysha Showed great care , empathy and flexibility to help me with my appointment , the dr was great as was all the team there - thanks for the genuine care.
Visiting this clinic was a regrettable decision - after waiting outside for thirty minutes (because the doctor was running behind schedule), the doctor was extremely impatient and did not even bother to do a skin exam. The appointment lasted only ten minutes, and when I asked her a question about how to use my medication towards the end, she told me to "just google it". As someone who suffers from chronic eczema, this was a costly and disappointing experience.
Turned up for my appointment that was confirmed by text 2 days prior. Was told there is nothing in system for my booking because it’s a new system they don’t know how to use
I travel from the South Coast to Newtown, to visit Dr Andrew Satchell, for a full skin check, each year. He is very thorough with the early detection and treatment of skin cancers. I would highly recommend Dr Satchell.
Dr Li chuen Wong is amazing, as a young man I’ve always struggled with confidence when it comes to my skin, after some sessions with Li chuen my skin has never looked so good, have recommended this practice to multiple of my friends in the same position and can confidently say Sydney skin has helped us all immensely. If you can book with Li chuen Wong, I would strongly recommend that you do!!
