I had a truly wonderful appointment with Dr Renee today. Her kindness, compassion, professionalism and care made my experience so enjoyable. I have been seeing Dr Renee since I was a teenager and I'm now 31 years old. She's always supported me and my needs – from acne treatment to skin cancer checks and general skin advice. Thank you so much Dr Renee for your support over the years – I'd give 10 stars if I could!
Called wanting to book with one doctor, after I was told he was unavailable they said they could fit me in next week due to a cancellation, and I accepted. They booked me with Dr. Nita Agar and I had heard some very bad things about her, google reviews confirmed. I emailed to ask for a different doctor and if not possible to cancel all together. I had a fabulous experience with Dr Wong and her team. The nurses were exceptional with my daughter! They were really sweet and caring towards her, and Dr Wong helped me feel informed and reassured.
Zero rating, waiting 8 months to get an appointment. When I arrived, I was told that my Dr. wasn't available and that there is a wait list for a over a year. Then "got to see" Dr Agar, she gave me script for a basic face cream and sent me on my way with a $350 bill. Waste of time and money.
