I lost my glasses and was trying to get another pair but found out the prescription was only gd for a year(the prescription was done 1 year n 6 months ago) I had to call the office at Eyevision 3 times for a renewal prescription to be sent to my email (which is supposedly gd for 2 years) and was finally told by receptionist that dr Sydney Lin needed me to come in for new test. Utterly unprofessional and sounds like a money grab. Will not go back .

I had an appointment I had to cancel after getting to the office because even though they “take” my insurance, I still have to pay on top of my copay to get an updated prescription, even for regular glasses. This bothered me, but the only reason I’m leaving this review is because the provider was so condescending.
