I received an email saying that the hotel was being sold and they could not honour my booking. I was told to cancel the booking on the website and I would receive a full refund. I did that and they have just emailed me to say I will not be getting any refund even though they will not have a room available for me. I have emailed but no reply. What next? Legal route?
Filthy for a 4 star hotel, opened a cupboard and a cockroach fell on my head then opened the fridge and a few more scuttled out, so loud in the basement area. tried to ignore the cockroaches for the two nights i was there wouldn’t recommend will not be going again.
This is a well presented apartment hotel which is located perfectly in the centre of Potts Point. The room is well appointed and presented clean and inviting. It has a good sized fridge, stove top and microwave for use. Although there are many restaurants located close by. However if you like to cook then the harris farm markets are accross the road and a woolworths is within walking distance as are a number of conenience stores.
