Poor customer service. They don’t guide you properly where things are and have no manners.
I had a really lovely experience at Mascot Party Decorations yesterday. The lady who helped me was incredibly professional and so patient throughout the whole conversation. I came in with a very specific request, and she took the time to really listen to what I needed instead of rushing me. She even guided me to the place where I could find a strait jacket for our event. Huge selection and eco choices for cutlery etc. Good to see
Worst service I ever had, all staff treated me rude, i know it was 6:00 pm but they don’t know anything about customer service, literally they told me: we don’t receive extra paid so you have to go now. Very rude and worst service.
Called ahead to order balloons was told to go in on the morning and they could just do it. Went in and they told me I'd to wait an hour despite being told they could do it there and then on the phone. Now have to explain to a two year old why he hasn't got the rocket balloon he was told for his second birthday. Beyond mad. Extremely unprofessional and if they needed to be ordered ahead of time that could have been done on the phone as that's what I called originally to do.
