My experience with SNNN was nothing but positive, the reception team was friendly and helpful and Dr Robert Boland-Freitas was compassionate, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He will listen to your concerns and has amazing ‘bedside manner’. 5 stars
The receptionist entered all my details incorrect on their system including my first name, last name and phone number. The doctor was trying to call me about my results but couldn't get through due to the wrong phone number. After clearing up the mistake THEY made.. I was supposed to get a follow up call which I never got. I instead got an email saying the Dr won't be able to call me due to missed calls (that I never got) and I would need to pay for a in person appointment.
