The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing experience.
I had an amazing experience and appointment at Sydney Nail Spa. I made an appointment for a refill and Tina did a wonderful job!! She was very accommodating even when I had asked to change the color, and she gave me exactly what I asked for. She spent a good amount of time getting the shape just right, and the time and care truly shows. I definitely recommend coming here!!
Great place friendly staff. The inside is exceptionally clean. They always do a great job on the services I ask for. Would recommend to anyone and everyone
I'd like to point out that when a customer asks for a particular service that's what they should receive. It was pointed out to me that if I try another service, that I would like it and I could ask for it next time. The products were brought to the nail station without approval. I should've stopped everything at that point but I felt pressured. Explain the details of a service you recommend & the price. Don't assume the customer wants walk out spending more than expected.
