Two out of the three referrals my dentist gave me to see a specialist left me disappointed, as I felt the receptionists did not take my situation seriously or professionally. Emma, on the other hand, genuinely cared about my situation. She asked how I was feeling, understood the amount of pain I was in, and urgently followed the necessary steps to get me an appointment as soon as she possibly could. Dr Yan is a real professional. He did a great job for me. The staff are also very friendly. Would highly recommend for complex work.
Highly recommended, very professional clinic, Dr Marcus T Yan is great at explaining your options and the decision making. I did a root canal more than a year ago and never had an issue. When needed, an urgent appointment was given and the most conservative treatmemt was first prioritised.
Dr Marcus is awesome. His sense of humour make the process much easier.
