I had a root canal done over three sessions, but after a few months it became infected and I had to go to another dentist to have it redone. The work was not done properly. I would not recommend.

Please be very careful when choosing this clinic. Awful experience with Sydney Micro Endo. More than a year after my appointment, I was contacted by the receptionist claiming I hadn’t paid over $1,000!!! Even though the practice manager had previously confirmed my receipt and payment, I was still asked again and again to pay the invoice. I had to prove the payment myself despite their internal confirmation.

I had a stressful experience with Sydney Micro Endodontics. Over a year after my appointment, they said a payment of over $1,000 was missing, even though I had paid. I had to find my own paper invoice to prove it. Staff did not check their records properly and kept insisting I hadn’t paid. This was very unprofessional. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this clinic. Make sure to always keep your invoices, even for years.
