I can’t speak highly enough of my dentist Dr Klein. He is genuinely caring, highly skilled, and always takes the time ensure I feel comfortable and well-informed. From the moment I walk in, I feel listened to and respected. He explains procedures clearly, discusses options thoughtfully, and is attentive to my individual needs and concerns. His attention to detail and professionalism are outstanding, and his work is always of the highest quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist.
I severely cracked my tooth at lunch and was immediately in extreme pain and needed an emergency appointment. Reception could hear in my voice the severity of the pain that I was in and Dr Klein moved appointments around to fit me in. In 40 years I have never seen synergy between a Dentist and their assistant like what I experienced. I have been a patient of Eric Klein's for many years, since he took over the practice in George Street and he is the best dentist I've ever had working on my teeth. He explains everything very clearly, has modern equipment and techniques and is very gentle and attentive to patient needs. The surgery is spotless and the other staff are always professional and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending his surgery.
Great guy and staff. I was originally recommended there by someone who themselves is nervous about getting dentistry done, and I've been going there for about 15 years. His specialist work (e.g. bridge work) is excellent.
I have been seeing Dr Klein for many years. He is highly professional , gentle and thorough. Highly recommend.
