Great dr and great experience
Buckle up for a long story people, this has been an ongoing drama. After 4 children I had a bad vein at the back of my right leg. I saw a vein Dr, (let's call him Dr S), who said to see him every 6 months. For 5 years I obediently went; all visual traces of my bad vein gone. Then Dr S retired. Trying to find a new vein Dr, I looked up google reviews. Each Dr had both positive and negative reviews so I just picked a new vein Dr who was relatively close, in Chatswood. Worse experience that you can imagine. No results with treatment. Very rude and unprofessional staff including DR Jenkins. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have bad experiences the same way i did!
SIWVC staff are friendly, informative and very professional. Immediately felt confidence in the procedure offered and surgery was very smooth. I was nervous and had been to many specialists, Dr Jenkins was the first that was relatable with a no nonsense approach. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him, and the style of procedure performed. Very very grateful that I was able to feel at ease, and that I was walking straight after(!) particularly having had such a significant net of veins worked on.
