Sydney Home Energy Solutions went above and beyond to look after me (even on their day off). I highly recommend paying the team a visit. We are very happy with our fireplace. Thanks! So editing this two years later and we have a leaking roof (been leaking from the moment it rained after installation), rusted fireplace from the leaking, fireplace installed at an off angle and have been told the leaks are our problem to fix because they've tried. Very disappointed and wishing we didn't purchase the fireplace.
