nothing but lies ordered and paid $9000 for my clients heater in October and still haven't received the goods Masood gave several excuses why the products haven't arrived for the course of first 6 weeks promised my money back in late december now masood is avoiding all phone calls/emails / text messages this one is now with dept of fair trading and debt collection services wish i could give no stars avoid this company!!!!!!!!
Great product and professional service. Explains everything and makes sure that we, the customer, understands exactly what are purchasing. Masood was so good to us that we bought a second fireplace for our parents home.
We recently purchased the materials required to install our fireplace. Masood was extremely helpful, advising what we would need to make our fireplace compliant. He supplied what was needed quickly, shipping it down to our location within days to keep our project going. Masood was responsive to all our questions, offered suggestions and was genuinely interested in our build. Highly appreciated.
