I had Mathew as my therapist it was a great experience, he's very professional and kind. He released the pain in my shoulders, lower back and hips.
I used to visit this place because the physiotherapists were good, but recently they have changed many of the staff and they seem to have no experience. The lady who took me in last time did a light massage and even rub the side of ribs with no purpose. Additionally, my last session didn’t last the full 30 minutes that I was supposed to receive, which was disappointing.
I have been going to this clinic for about 5months now. I could not recommend this clinic enough. I started off seeing Monique the physiotherapist and now I also see Mathew their massage therapist. Mathew is just as good as Monique, he is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He always uses a gentle approach to ask how I am going and tackles the tightness and stiffness in my neck and shoulders with care. I had a fantastic experience at this location! I visited today, and I was truly impressed by the physiotherapist's professionalism and how incredibly helpful they were. I highly recommend this place!
I have been going to Sydney health physio for only about a month, I have been to 8 different physios before all over Sydney and Monique from Sydney Health Physio is the only one that really cares about her clients. She takes the time to listen and then she does the treatments targeting specifically what you need on the day.
