Absolutely terrible service. I paid upfront in full cash, yet I had to chase them just to confirm my delivery date — something they should’ve handled without me begging. Even after all that, I was told the driver wasn’t available. When the driver finally showed up, he had no clue assembly was included, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and completely let down. Amazing service fast delivery and superb couch quality
I found this place through Facebook as I was searching for new couches, I messaged and was able to go have a look on the day. The two men that work there are amazing! I purchased my couches at an unbelievable price compared to everywhere else. I then had them delivered within 2 hours on the same day. When we inquiried they said free delivery. After a week they said delivery will be charged. For the sake of their delivery collection they delivered the item which was not ordered by us. For changing the item we had to pay delivery charge at their 2nd arrival.
Purchased a lounge from this store after months of looking for my dream couch in my price range, I still can’t believe the bargain we got, I am so inlove with the quality. Amazing customer service, next day delievery, easy assembly and a stunning lounge suit for the whole family to enjoy. Highly recommend !!!
