Arrived at 2:30pm for a 2:45pm appointment after 3hrs + from Canberra. Still sitting in the waiting room an hour later with no explanation of why there is such a delay. All the while my ridiculous parking fee is ticking closer and closer to be over $100... If I wasn't specifically referred here there is no way I would have come based on the current reviews. Happy to validate that nothing has changed. Also, it smells weird in here.

reception staff distracted and uninterested too busy running around to even talk to me, I was there early for my appointment, but the specialist Bryan pang was 30 minutes late for me no apology or explanation pretty rude , no common courtesy or respect for my time. Thank you for today! I was nervous because it was my first time at a dermatologist overseas and I was not confident in my English yet, but the receptionist and Dr Bryan Pang were very kind and I was able to relax. I had made an appointment, so the examination was almost on time and went smoothly. There are many pros and cons, but I think he is a trustworthy and very kind doctor. I will continue to use his services during my stay in Sydney.

I think Dr. Pang is a magician; his treatment has helped me a lot with my scars. I'm very happy with it.

I see Dr Pang for scar removal laser. Dr Pang is very professional and skilled. His injection and laser has improved my scars a lot!
