The receptionists were friendly and very helpful, both over the phone and in person. Dr Wong thoroughly assessed my skin concerns and explained what my treatment options were without pushing me into a particular one. I would recommend this place to friends in the future :) Side note- the view from the waiting room is lovely!
Charged $360 for a 2-3min appointment. Dr Vernon Pua seemed both uninterested and rushed. The suggested management felt like a way to get me out the door quickly and to ensure me coming back again in a few weeks. Prescribed treatment was unlikely to work considering the history and previous treatments based on a second opinion. When I went to get a reference to a different dermatologist, the GP acknowledged problems with this clinic and that they didn't refer their patients there.
The treatment here is very effective and the staff are very kind and hospitable. I came to get my keloid removed. The previous dermatologist I had went to made no progress in helping remove my keloid. When I went to see Dr Pang he immediately helped me with removing it. Removing it completely with no left over scars.
Booked 1st appointment in morning still was kept waiting 40minutes. Dr was more interested in referring me to her (other) practice at Mosman. So expensive, both consultation and suspicious sample taken over $1000.00 Went back for followup, charged again and kept waiting 50 minutes. Would not recommend!
Waste time, not professionals. They didn't do proper job but blame you. Never go there again.
