Dejan was fantastic from the start of the process to the finish! Extremely easy to deal with, not at all pushy, very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend Dejan and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!
Terrible service, overpriced and tired to charge me an additional $192 on top of the ridiculous service price for new wiper blades on a 15000km service. The car is nearly brand new.. what a joke. Would NOT recommend
Never again. I generally get my Tiguan maintained by a local, knowledgeable and trusted mechanic but as warranty on my car was running out some issues needed attention. Their booking website does not allow 'extra' work to be noted so I rung to indicate my issue with the gearbox. I was assured this was recorded. On arrival for the service, there was no record of this. The lady assured me this would be taken care of, and 4pm was the agreed pickup time. Called up to book a service for my golf told I had to go on line as I am almost 70 not very good with "on line" woman on phone was very condescending wanting to know what I don't understand! I Called another dealership and spoke to someone who booked my car in for a major service. I am not a robot.Maybe you might think about hiring someone to book in services.
