Great service from Alok and the team. Our out of warranty 2019 Tiguan had a mechatronic fault and was undriveable. We got it towed for free to the dealer through Volkswagen roadside assistance, which we get free annual membership of through our annual servicing with the dealership (which I hadn't realised). The Sydney City Volkswagen team got the diagnostic and repair done for us within 2 weeks, despite a busy period. (We were lucky they could get the part quickly).
