I’ve been extremely disappointed with the parts department at Sydney City Nissan. The person responsible for ordering parts has consistently demonstrated a lack of knowledge and competence. For the past six months, I’ve been told repeatedly that “they are a new dealership” and that he isn’t sure about Nissan-specific parts. This is unacceptable. Hard to fault their service department. From their booking team who resolved a challenging situation with courtesy and professionalism and then to the service team who went above and beyond to assist, chase parts and complete the work with no fuss and outstanding customer service. It was almost a pleasure to pay!! Thanks to the service team.

I took delivery of my brand new Nissan Qashqai on the 26th of June 2025. The very next day, I noticed the chrome slats on the driver’s side doors were misaligned. I reported the issue immediately, and the dealership inspected the car and acknowledged the fault. They told me a warranty claim would be logged—but weeks later, nothing has happened. I escalated the matter to Nissan HQ, but unfortunately, there’s still no resolution. While this may not seem like a major issue to some, I’m disappointed by how this has been handled.... read more
