Bought an XTrail in January. Part of the deal was the inclusion of free servicing for 5 years. When we returned to have the first service in October, they claimed the two sales staff involved no longer worked there and they had no record of that deal. The staff at the service centre said this had now happened three times. Absolutely disgusted by the dishonesty of the sales staff and will definitely be making a complaint to fair trading NSW.
