This dealership service department appears to be essentially non-operational. Approximately 12 months ago, I've taken my Z Proto here for safety recall work. They organised the booking, and upon my arrival weeks later informed me the parts had never been ordered. I then was told to take the vehicle back and waited several weeks for parts to arrive. I’ve been extremely disappointed with the parts department at Sydney City Nissan. The person responsible for ordering parts has consistently demonstrated a lack of knowledge and competence. For the past six months, I’ve been told repeatedly that “they are a new dealership” and that he isn’t sure about Nissan-specific parts. This is unacceptable.
