Extremely disappointed with this service centre. Our car already had an issue with the 12V battery and the earliest service booking available was two months away. Before that booking date arrived, the battery completely failed and the car broke down. Despite making numerous phone calls, there was no action taken by the service centre. We were left without any assistance or solutions. No loaner car was offered at any point, even though we were without a vehicle. Disappointed, at the end ( brand new car 1.5 year old, I'm sold it and charged brand.
Shockingly bad Kia service location. If you want to be without your car for days, and wait for an hour just to drop it off, this is your place. Customer service is nonexistent. Go anywhere else if you can.
Andrew and the Kia Service team at Sydney City Kia were great in completing our 100,000km service as well as a undertaking a major warranty scope of works (again cannot recommend Kia more in relation to honouring their 7 year warranty - our car had 3 months to go). Andrew was communicative and happy to talk through the suggested works in completing the service, and explained the warranty process too. Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I had my Kia Rio serviced at this centre in June 2025, including an engine oil and filter change. Only a few months later, the red oil warning light appeared, and the vehicle has since become undrivable. Despite multiple phone calls and messages left for staff, I have received no response or follow-up. Even after escalating the issue to Kia Australia, there has been no contact or resolution.
