We had our Sportage'19 serviced in Alexandria 4 times since Rosebery closed in 2022 and we have nothing but very positive experience each time be it a service or a warranty job. No problems with booking, no problems with waiting (we arrived when recommended) smooth and quality service just the way one would expect... I’ve been bringing my car here for its annual service since purchasing it, solely to maintain the warranty. Every year, despite booking months in advance, they’re consistently overbooked. Even with an 8 AM appointment, I’m often told to return around 5 PM. On one occasion, I dropped the car off with low tyre pressure warnings showing on the dash. The worst car service Center I never seem. Not responsibility there jobs do a proper clean. Just want a money . Come back pick up the car is still dirty . ‘ DO NOT RECOMMENDED ‘

I brought my KIA in yesterday and have to note how incredible the team were. Dona was so lovely and helpful over the phone prior to the visit and on arrival and throughout the service Andrew was just all round lovely to deal with and really on the ball. Really smooth experience, service was completed well and ahead of schedule. Appreciate it!
