Do not waste your time or money with Sydney City Kia Service. The service managers and advisors are less than satisfactory and unprofessional. They will not honour warranty issues and will try to worm out of fixing anything they should have done the first time. They are completed disingenuous with customers. I would never recommend the service centre. Go to Rockdale Kia Service much better and more professional.
BEWARE KIA SERVICE On the 19th March my steering, in my Kia Seltos 2023, had a severe knocking noise. I call Kia Customer service & was told that the first available service appointment to assess the car was 28th May. I explained the seriousness of the situation but I was ignored. I am extremely disappointed with the service from this Kia dealership sydney city kia alexandria. My vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty, yet a clear and ongoing fault has not been properly diagnosed or repaired despite multiple visits. Few months back i came with the issue of turbo hose leaking that’s still not resolved and they gave me excuses except to fix the problem under warranty. Extremely disappointed with this service centre. Our car already had an issue with the 12V battery and the earliest service booking available was two months away. Before that booking date arrived, the battery completely failed and the car broke down. Despite making numerous phone calls, there was no action taken by the service centre. We were left without any assistance or solutions. No loaner car was offered at any point, even though we were without a vehicle.
