Extremely disappointing experience with Sydney City Kia Alexandria. My 2016 Kia Sorento developed a complex electrical fault in May 2026. Because the issue appeared to be electrical in nature, I specifically wanted Kia to diagnose it rather than a general mechanic. The first problem was simply getting an appointment. I am so disappointed with the service I've received over the past three years. I couldn't charge my EV Niro. Their communication systems are hopeless and I couldn't talk to a mechanic to explain my problem.
