Historically, car dealerships tend attract bad press. Sometimes warranted; sometimes not. City Jaguar is one of the "not's". When something goes wrong with your Jag, you just want it fixed. No mucking about, no pretending, just get it sorted. 'm pleased to say City Jag did all that, and more. My problem was fixed, car was washed and price was as quoted. I’ve enjoyed every moment of owning my E-Pace, which I purchased in 2019. Now 5 years old, the service team still treat me as a valued customer and do everything to sort out any software or other issues in a professional and timely manner. A special thanks to Kimberly Morgan for her meet and greet, and keeping me up to date with the service costs and progress. In all, a very good experience!

Unbelievably consistent Unreliable and poor service I put my ipace in for a service It was due, but had nothing wrong with it When it was returned it needed two batteries replaced One was changed a year ago and they said they should have replaced both back then but only realised it this visit? I brought the F-Type of my dreams from here, a car I have been following for a long long time. It was such a great experience. The showroom I walked into was massive and offers a wide selection of prestige and performance cars and SUVs. It was clean and presentable. I have owned a Jaguar for 8 years I gave up dealing with Trivett years ago because it is impossible to call them. Now I need a spare part and after 10 phone the best I could do is talk to a receptionist once she put me thru and the line went dead. How can you sell prestige cars and not answer you phone. Even when I press "1" for sales it gets me nowhere.
