I am disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. Due to an administrative booking error on the clinic’s side, I experienced unnecessary difficulty obtaining my prescription. When I contacted reception to resolve the matter, I did not feel that the issue was handled with the level of professionalism, communication, or patient care I would expect from a medical practice. Very frustrating experience with this clinic’s booking and administrative process. We were required to pay a $300 deposit upfront to secure an appointment, but the strict five-business-day cancellation policy and the potential financial consequences were not clearly explained to us during the phone call or direct communication before payment. Highly recommend Dr Jessica O’Connor. She is patient, really listens, was excellent with my child and made them feel so at ease, and really understood what was going on with our child. Very knowledgeable. We feel so safe in her hands. And the clinic is very well run and professional. Highly recommend.
