Very frustrating experience with this clinic’s booking and administrative process. We were required to pay a $300 deposit upfront to secure an appointment, but the strict five-business-day cancellation policy and the potential financial consequences were not clearly explained to us during the phone call or direct communication before payment. Highly recommend Dr Jessica O’Connor. She is patient, really listens, was excellent with my child and made them feel so at ease, and really understood what was going on with our child. Very knowledgeable. We feel so safe in her hands. And the clinic is very well run and professional. Highly recommend.

I took my son here to see Dr Jane Son and Liz regarding developmental concerns. The atmosphere of the clinic is a little cold because of the minimalist design but the service from Dr Son and Liz was fantastic. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and have an incredible empathy for the struggle with child developmental delays. We took our 11 yr old son to see Dr Son today. Only 3 month wait unlike most other peads. Was very satisfied with their customer service and thoroughness of Dr Son and options presented. She was pleasant and knowledgeable.
