Dentist herself is fantastic. Receptionists are very confusing and poorly explain pricing, gap and usage. No warnings for costs and what your insurance (I am with Bupa) covers provided leading to nasty surprises. Will be finding a new clinic (maybe I'll go back to noGaps) and maybe a new insurance provider as well, thousands given to Bupa a year and not much to show for it.

i recently visited Bupa Dental Martin Place for my orthodontic treatment, and while my experience with the doctor during appointments has generally been positive, I’ve been very disappointed with the delay in receiving my retainer.
