i recently visited Bupa Dental Martin Place for my orthodontic treatment, and while my experience with the doctor during appointments has generally been positive, I’ve been very disappointed with the delay in receiving my retainer. Visited for usual bi-annual general check-up and clean. Decided to go with this clinic and specifically Dr Pallavi Shrestha after browsing reviews here. She was professional, gentle, and very communicative- always advising her next steps so I wouldn't be caught off guard or uncomfortable. She also explained my situation to me at the end of the clean in easy-to-understand terms and didn't rush to wrap up my appointment. Excellent experience overall.
Highly recommend this dental practice. Very professional and friendly staff from reception, dental assistant and dentist. Dr Othilia YJ Tan was amazing and I had the most painless scaling and comprehensive cleaning ever. Thanks Bupa - Martin Pl.
Clean and efficient. Service and treatment was not as refined and smooth as other private practices in this price bracket but very capable clinicians. The cost of a checkup was fully covered by Bupa extras cover.
