From the very beginning of my pregnancy, he provided exceptional care, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I felt supported every step of the way. I am so pleased with the care that I received from Dr Hugh and the entire Sydney Babies team - both throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. Dr Hugh has such a calm and relaxed demeanour and I completely trusted his advice and expertise at every stage (and especially over a very long labour!). He was especially wonderful postpartum and visited me daily during my hospital stay. Every touch point with Dr Hugh and the Sydney Babies team (René, Veronica, Jill and Megan) was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

I couldn’t be happier that I had Dr Hugh deliver my baby. Not only is he one of the nicest people I’ve met, he looked after me so well and made me feel so comfortable the whole way through my pregnancy and during the delivery. I’d be thrilled if I was able to have another baby in the future and have Hugh as my obstetrician again.
From pre-conception all the way to post-birth, we could not imagine having our care handled by anyone but Dr Hugh Porter and his A-grade team (Megan, Rene and Veronica). The perfect mix of compassion and professionalism, the entire process was seamless and exciting. Dr Hugh delivered our first baby via elective caesarean and we cannot wait to return in the future!
