We had an absolutely amazing experience with Hugh and the wonderful Sydney Babies team. From the very first phone call with the reception staff (René, Veronica & Gill!), we felt so welcomed and at home. My partner and I loved our experience with Sydney Babies. The entire team were incredibly kind and attentive. Hugh went above and beyond to make himself available to talk at any time, which was so reassuring. René was always so warm and welcoming. And Megan (midwife/lactation consultant) was such an incredible additional resource of knowledge. We’re so glad that we chose Hugh for the delivery of our first baby and would highly recommend him to friends/family.
Hugh is an excellent obstetrician, very attentive and caring. My pregnancy and birth journey had its challenges but one thing was constant - I felt very safe under the care of Hugh and his team at Sydney Babies. Hugh ensured our daughter was brought into this world as safely and healthily as possible and we will forever be grateful for his expert care! I would not hesitate in recommending Hugh to all my family and friends!
Sydney babies have been absolute gold from day 1. It’s not just Dr Hugh Porter who works with you during your pregnancy, the support from the entire team has been unmatched. Rene and the entire reception team made you feel welcomed from the first meeting. No task was too big or small for them, being able to call and organise a last minute appointment or getting a medical certificate. Sydney Babies were incredible. Hugh was amazing throughout pregnancy and on the day our baby was born, we always felt extremely safe and well cared for. Megan was helped us feel prepared and was so supportive postpartum when things were a little rough. Renee and Veronica were always so kind, welcoming and caring whenever we went into the rooms and on the phone.
