I had a fantastic experience with Rosy at Sydney Art Flooring. She helped me choose a beautiful Belgian-made rug that perfectly complements my living space. If I could give ZERO i would! We had two carpet installations booked before our move in date. They were extremely difficult to deal with and the first job completed poorly. The second installation was cancelled without notice which impacted our move date. They have a nice showroom but everything goes bad after they have your money :(
