Aquanatal in a heated pool is such a great workout session, especially during pregnancy. I'm really happy I joined the session. Donna is a fantastic instructor and shared a bunch of helpful research info that really made a difference during my pregnancy. And chatting with other moms during the swim was a highlight for me.
I absolutely loved going to Aquanatal during my pregnancy, and the postnatal course. Being in the water was so soothing and it was a great workout! Donna made adjustments to the workout based on individual needs and provided valuable information on how to support your body in pregnancy and postpartum. I highly recommend Aquanatal and am very grateful to have joined the program.
I attended aquanatal with Donna for both my pregnancies and absolutely loved it. Donna is very knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are not too strenuous but a great option for a safe workout while pregnant. Would highly recommend.
I miss my Monday prenatal class so much. All mums-to-be should do this. Highly recommended.
