This business, should NOT be a business. They can not pay their employees. And for the first 6 weeks of work, an employees check is held. Casey, Haley, and Reina are terrible at getting in contact with. They don't answer their phones, or reply to emails or voice messages. I know personally, I have four checks currently, dating back to September 23rd, of which none of them will cash. I have contacted Casey, Haley, and Reina on multiple occasions and have had no reply, going on three weeks now since they had last responded ask... read more

Please do not give this place the time of day. I have several pay checks from when I worked there that will not go through... This is the money I was going to use to buy my daughter's Christmas with. Now I cant because they've made my counts go into negative. You'd think something like this would be important enough to at least get an email or phone call back from a manager.. but apparently it's not because they are impossible to get ahold of. Worst business I have ever come across and I advise you not to go.

My experience at this Spa Sydell Kennesaw location was horrible. After receiving a 60 minute Swedish massage, I was hit with a $10 charge two days later! I called the manager, Lisa Armitage to find out what the charge was all about. I was told that my Groupon Voucher had an additional $15 charge and because I gave a $5 gratuity, I was charged the difference. The massage was ok, but my appointment was at 11am today. They told me when I made my appointment to get there 45 minutes early...they open at 11, so I had to sit in my car for 45 minutes. Then, they make you strip down in w locker room and wait in s public hall in your robe for the therapist to come get you. It was cold in the hall and cold in the room. I told the therapist it was freezing and he said it always is for the first appointment. Maybe get there early and turn on the heat? Or a timer? I got shorted at least 5 min... read more
