I really don't like posting negative reviews online, but in this case I feel like not sharing our experience would be unfair for all the people over there trying to find some help with cleaning. After a no show (around 1/2 hour late, I called and found out my cleaner had an accident... I was told they were just about to call me). After discussing with Amy, I was told I’d get a call back within 5 minutes to find out what other shifts would be available... and I never heard another word! It is outside office hours now but I have already booked with someone else due to lack of response

Don't go through Groupon as they redeem the coupon before the estimation. So, they will find a way to overcharge you and you have no choice. About the quality, there was a few stains on the carpet and they are still there after cleaning.

Had a move out clean and not happy at all. Crumbs and dirt were left under the kitchen cabinets, no cleaning was done behind the fridge and stove. Cabinets front were not wiped down. I would not use this company again.
