The front desk has major attitude. I was a patient and arrived early as stated on their automated text messaging. Front Desk told me I was late (I was 15 minutes early as their system requested). She continued stating I was late despite being early and I finally asked if the Dr was on time, she stated no. So I'm 15 minutes early and the Dr isn't going to see me at the appointment time? I chose Sycuan Health Center after seeing so many amazing reviews and was hopeful I had finally found a good medical provider. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment with several concerns after recently getting insurance again and having multiple health issues that went untreated while I was without coverage. I had my very first patient appointment at Sycuan Health Center today, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. First, the new facility itself is absolutely beautiful modern, clean, and very welcoming. There was plenty of parking, which made getting to my appointment completely stress-free.
