If you're considering moving here, I wish you good luck. There are so many other options for housing even if you have to rent through a private landlord/not a rental company. Management is a joke and maintenance honestly doesn't know very much except for how to look "busy". Was a co-tenant on a 12 year lease and had a big incident (black mold) related to a water leak from an above apartment that went unfixed for over a month and caused quite a bit of personal property damage and damage to the apartment itself that was never ... read more

Pipes break in basement last Friday, flooding floor and damaging thousands of dollars of personal stuff. Water in basement has been shut off 5 days now! 😡Extremely poor maintence. 👎
