I absolutely love my home and the community!! It’s so quiet and peaceful and everyone is so nice. I’ve never had issues with the staff. They are pretty quick to address any issues I may have. It can be hard sometimes to get ahold of someone in the office if you’re not able to just go up there. I’d love for this to be my forever home and community. I like that there are rules it makes for a beautiful and quiet place to be.
I have a lot of history here at Sycamore Village. I am from Detroit and was raised there but my mom lived here and spending time here with her was priceless. A lot of good memories are here. After my military service and my husband's military retirement, we moved back here to support my mom while she was terminally ill. We have been here almost 8 years and now own a home here. Rude management , moldy trailers stay away. Even the new trailers have mold. For the ridiculous lot rent charge, there should be better customer service, and NO MOLD.
I do not recommend this place to anybody. Management it's rude. You can't ask her anything. They're very unprofessional. They lock their doors when they don't want to be bothered. Pretend like they're closed with the same saying Closed. They're two faces in the office. I have a little over a year and I'm moving out of there and I cannot wait till that time comes.
