Rude management , moldy trailers stay away. Even the new trailers have mold. For the ridiculous lot rent charge, there should be better customer service, and NO MOLD.
I do not recommend this place to anybody. Management it's rude. You can't ask her anything. They're very unprofessional. They lock their doors when they don't want to be bothered. Pretend like they're closed with the same saying Closed. They're two faces in the office. I have a little over a year and I'm moving out of there and I cannot wait till that time comes. My kids like to play here
I spent the last five years in this neighborhood in a home not far from the entryway, and I can honestly say that it is a quiet, friendly, and wonderful community. The office staff was always friendly, the maintenance staff as well, and anytime I had an issue with any appliances or issues in the home the maintenance staff was quick to address it. Wish I didn’t have to move, but life happens, and I can only hope my next community is as wonderful as this one.
