I referred and tried to help my nephew who just moved in the country/State but unfortunately we had the worst experience, frustration and got scammed at Sycamore village apartment in Tracy. I explained to the representative the family is new in America No renter story but has somebody co-signer she said it works paid $104 application fee and $1500 holding fee. I got scammed at this location. Tried to rent an apartment here I did not have renter story at the time, asked them if co-signing is okay she said yes, gone through their background check paid $104 for that and charged me $1510 holding fee but after 2 weeks got rejected I was told we don’t accept co-signer. 3 week passed my $1510 holding fee is not returned. Unprofessional people working at this location. They don’t know their job
