Hands down the best apartment home community in town. Always very clean and well maintained. The staff is always on point regarding the office or maintenance. The apartments are all clean and zero bug problems all . I have been here for about 4 months and plan on staying a while.
We really enjoyed living there and did so for four years. However, when our lease was due management raised our rent $400 a month. Yes, you read correctly, $400 more a month! No way was the apartment worth it. Upper management said it was based on market prices. Not in Terre Haute people! Several of our friends there had to move due to management raising their rent huge amounts as well. Just beware when your lease comes due. It may happen to you as well.
Newest apartment complex in town. It's classy, quite and elegant. The management is super helpful and friendly. You really feel safe and relaxed. I call sycamore terrace my 2nd home. I've been living here for 3 years already��
Literally the best place I've ever lived. The community is very respectful and the staff is incredibly helpful. It's a home in the form of an apartment
I love this place. The staff is wonderful and the apartment is beautiful! love the clubhouse with the workout room and pool.
I love this place!! I fell in love with my apt the minute I saw it. The staff is helpful and will bend over backwards for you.
