Gorgeous setting in historic Lancaster – The apartments are really attractive! The owner is on site each week doing major renovations--replacing the floors with beautiful, authentic hard wood, restoring the bathrooms, replacing the tile. The handyman lives on site, which is a huge plus. Many young families reside here. The complex is within walking distance to F+M college, Really beautiful, historic neighborhood. Great value for what you get! Great customer service!
you get what you pay for – The apartments are very nice. Hardwood floors, nice molding, ceiling fans in the family room...but management is not to quick to resolve problems. When we moved in it was as if the last tenant had just moved out, no new paint, stained carpet...terrible...Be aware the laundry facility is atrocious! They have a schedule that everyone is supposed to abide by but don't...the dryers are constantly broken...and sometimes the smell of sour milk can turn your stomach.
