This property management company is very dishonest and discriminates against tenants who aren’t students. It states in our contract that after our 12 month lease expires the lease will automatically become month to month which is one of the reasons we chose this apartment complex. Now that our lease is almost expired, I notified the office that we plan to stay on the normal month to month basis.
