I have been here 3months now. It is so peaceful and I have all the amenities that I need. The air conditioner works great. The heat as well. The carpet looked brand new when I moved in so I do not wear shoes on it. They mow about every week and it's absolutely beautiful. The lawn...the trees. .the whole landscape. This apartment is truly my oasis. The washer and dryer downstairs is great. The staff is so polite. They also have a pool by the office. I can't wait to swim. Horrible took my deposit had me set up utilities renters insurance etc...then waited till Friday afternoon to decline my application and then Im told they could hold my deposit for 30 days..thanks alot...wasted 2-3 days and still no place to live.
