Had a very positive experience living here last school year. Loved the location (close to campus, main street, farmers' market), good price, and the apartment interior was fairly spacious and well-kept, with a generous kitchen space and walk-in closet. The landlords are so kind, helpful, and responsive (and they know their way around plumbing and electrical) - it was easy to reach out, and any issues I ran into were resolved within a day. Would definitely recommend Sycamore Square!

I lived in Sycamore Square apartments for 3 years. Here are the best things about Sycamore: 1. Landlords (Glenda and Mr. Gearheart) are very professional, friendly, and helpful. 2. They take a really good care of their properties. Whenever there was a problem with our unit, it was fixed very quickly. 3. I lived here for 2 years and it was wonderful! The apartments are quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The price is amazing and the landlord is fantastic. If there were any issues, she was always helpful. The location is close to campus and it’s a short walk to downtown.
