I lived in Sycamore Square apartments for 3 years. Here are the best things about Sycamore: 1. Landlords (Glenda and Mr. Gearheart) are very professional, friendly, and helpful. 2. They take a really good care of their properties. Whenever there was a problem with our unit, it was fixed very quickly. 3. I lived here for 2 years and it was wonderful! The apartments are quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The price is amazing and the landlord is fantastic. If there were any issues, she was always helpful. The location is close to campus and it’s a short walk to downtown.
Great value for not only the location but also the condition of the apartment. Owners (landlord) are extremely professional and prompt/responsive with any issues. Always felt secure in the area and being in the small community of only grad students was pretty nice. In the winter even in the biggest snow storms the lot (which was never full) was typically plowed first thing in the morning.
