I went in with what I thought was a kidney stone and they gave me an IV and my nurse Keith listened to me and done what needed to be done there amazing ppl there
My lip/nose was swollen and I had hives on my face, stomach and back. The nurse that took me back asked why I was there and I told her because I was having an allergic reaction. She asked me why I thought that and I told her my lip/ nose was swollen up. She quickly snipped and said it was probably an abscess tooth! The only reason I give it 3 stars is that I liked the ER doctor. It took a while for the nurse to come with my meds. They put my iv in my hand-that was fine. The nursing staff was phenomenal, as was every department I came in contact with. The Food Is Very Good Also. I see a lot of negative reviews for the ER. I had very good treatment in the ER anytime I have been in. I am sorry to hear that others have.

I had the best nurses ever while IT I was there my stay was very pleasant and they made me feel leatef with respect and admiration ike rfamily and answered my question about my meds and brought me back to health quickly so I could come home and I adored each one of them they treated me with respect and admiration for my issues I want to say Thank you SYCAMORE SHOALS HOSPITAL FOR THE TENRSDER LOVING CARE I RECEIVED I WHILE I WAS AT YOUR FACILITY THANK YOU DEARLY AND TAKE THE TIME TO THANK YOUR NURSING STAFF AND DOCTORS
The day time staff is horrible thay have no bedside manners ans are rude and unprofessional

I was charged 74.00 for telling the doctor that I was going back and forth from cigarettes to vaping, when asked if I smoked. This is extortion, and I refuse to pay for it.
