Worst storage unit we have ever had. Get told your bill is due one day then they remove your stuff from your unit saying you requested that. Then put the stuff back in your unit just to put an overlock on it and demand you pay the balance by the end of the day or they are throwing out your stuff. Beware and stay away from this place yes it's cheap but they don't care about you or your stuff the owner is just money hunger.
The ability to get a storage unit late at night and being able to set it up online is truly top tier. Not sure what we would have done mid move if we did not have this option. Thankful for this place!
Units are locked if payment is 20 days late. Okay 30 days would make more sense, but no big deal. But after the balance is paid off, unit is still locked for almost 3 weeks for no reason and you have to call multiple times to figure out why it’s still locked (no one knows why) and when it will be unlocked (no one knows when either because they have to wait for the owner to call back).
