Units are locked if payment is 20 days late. Okay 30 days would make more sense, but no big deal. But after the balance is paid off, unit is still locked for almost 3 weeks for no reason and you have to call multiple times to figure out why it’s still locked (no one knows why) and when it will be unlocked (no one knows when either because they have to wait for the owner to call back).
No service center I couldn't find anyone to get in touch with
We have had various storage units for the past 30 years. This is the first company that has returned our calls or texts quickly. They appear to be managed very well. And we appreciate that very much. With all the new storage building being built, we hope Sycamore Storage will maintain their reasonable price.
Mark is an awesome on-site manager. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and their phone team is dedicated to helping customers right away. I’ve never had any issues—just great service all around!
